Francis’ career spans a diverse range of industries including clubs (food and beverage service, purchasing, budgeting, maintenance), retail, allied health, sporting, and events management, bolstered by his involvement in multiple not-for-profit community organisations as a volunteer CFO and treasurer. His professional journey has been marked by a commitment to enhancing financial accuracy and streamlining processes. He has a keen eye for detail and a proven track record in automating finance-related tasks to improve efficiency. His experience covers a wide array of financial functions, including managing complex payroll systems for large hospitality teams, assisting with annual compliance audits, ensuring AML/CTF reporting obligations are met, and overseeing cash and asset management. Francis also has expertise in statutory and management reporting, including cash flow forecasting and preparing board and executive stakeholder presentations. Francis’ proven ability to adapt and apply his knowledge across industries, coupled with his dedication to improving financial systems, positions him as a trusted and results-driven finance professional.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce, a Bachelor of Laws, a Master of Financial Planning, and is a Chartered Accountant (ranking in the top 5% Australia-wide for the CA Taxation and Capstone modules). With nearly a decade of experience at a public practice taxation firm in Sydney CBD, Daniel’s expertise extends beyond financial statement preparation and income tax returns. His focus includes improving business processes, ensuring compliance with legislation, and optimising resource use. Daniel has provided comprehensive support to both individuals and businesses in areas such as Australian Taxation Office reviews, payroll processing, superannuation calculations, cash flow planning, Centrelink reporting, and compiling documentation for SMSF audits. He has also assisted businesses with ad hoc projects, including payroll and leave reconciliations, superannuation payable reconciliations, trust account reconciliations, and management reporting. Daniel’s experience spans multiple industries, including construction, healthcare, retail, technology, and legal sectors, offering a diverse and adaptable approach to various business environments. With his background in financial planning and law, Daniel takes a strategic approach to business operations, providing valuable insights to clients and process improvement recommendations.
